Dolphin View is located on the scenic Sky Rd, Clifden Co. Galway, overlooking the Atlantic.
It is a four bedroomed house built in 2007, comprising of three double ensuite rooms, the master bedroom ensuite including a jacuzzi bath and walk in shower, and one single bedroom. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor.
It has a large open plan kitchen (with seperate utility), living room and there is solid fuel stove which also heats hot water and radiators, along with oil fire central heating. There is also a solar hot water system.
Within the downstairs living room there are french doors leading to a sunroom which provides views of the Atlantic. Downstairs there is also a main bathroom. The TV has a basic Sky package which has all of the Irish and English TV channels.
Upstairs there is a large comfortable sitting room with five windows allowing plenty of light which also allows for spectacular views of the Atlantic. There is an open fire here also.
It is located approx 2 miles from Clifden town, and a half hour walk to the nearest beach and angling. The local golf club is approx 8 miles away. Dolphin View is a detached house, located on the lower Sky Rd. There is a house near on the left side, on the right side there is an open field, with no houses in front of or behind.
The house is located right on the coastline, five minutes walk to the rocks where you can go fishing. It is half hour walk to Clifden beach where there is a local boat club, where you can get dinner and refreshments and a beer garden. There are water sports, and angling available here also.
